Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer returns on any completed products. Each piece is uniquely crafted using the flowers provided by our clients, making it impossible to resell or repurpose items once the preservation process has begun. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you throughout the preservation process to achieve the best possible results.
Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your order. For custom preservation orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full (100%) refund.
If a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after purchase but before we receive your flowers, we will retain a 25% retainer fee to cover preparation costs. In this case, we will refund up to 75% of the total order value.
Flower arrival dates may be rescheduled at any time with no extra fees. Clients may use their order payment as a credit for any date within 1 year of the scheduled date.
Once we have received your flowers, no refunds are available, as the preservation process begins immediately upon receipt. If flowers arrive in poor condition, we will address this on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
